Equipment description:
Decarboxylation Reactor is a robust and complete solvent recovery solution for processors. The SSC series reduces the total amount of equipment required to produce extract by allowing operators to perform three critical post-extraction steps in one compact system: primary solvent recovery, residual solvent stripping, and decarboxylation.
The decarboxylation reactors have both an explosion-proof motor for agitation and built-in FBL heaters that bring the unit to 250F. This specifically helps when more experienced extractors leave some solvent in their product to help move the oil to their decarboxylation reactor.
All of these cool functionalities on the stainless steel decarb reactors are controlled by a digital PLC that is easy to use.
Our decarboxylation reactors can also be easily added and used on any of our mobile extraction lab setups!
