Q1. What's your term of delivery?

A: A. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP. If you have warehouse or agent in China, we will be glad to send the goods to as your required.

Q2.What's your term of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?

A:Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. OEM services are available.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: For stock orders, will arrange the shipment within 3-5 days. For bulk order, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment.

Q5: How long is the warranty?
A: Under normal working conditions, usually it is 8,000 to 10,000 kilometers.

Q6. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
