Real Case
Case 1: A dry normal line cement factory with a production capacity of 3,200 tons / day in North China
Note: The initial SO2 concentration is 38.97, it is reduce to below 30 within 1 minute;
It will drop below 20 in about 2 minutes and operate stably.
Case 2: A dry normal cement plant with a 2,500 tons / day production capacity in North China
Note:The data in the figure shows the change of sulfur content when the raw material mill is shut down.
The feeding amount of Hasoda is 300kg/hr, the initial content of SO2 is 10.83mg/Nm3, it drops to 3.88mg/Nm3 after 10 minutes, and 1.79mg/Nm3 after 17 minutes.
