What Is Flange?
Stainless steel flange is a common pipe connection, which is widely used in various industrial fields, including petroleum, chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, etc. As an important part of the pipeline system, stainless steel flanges undertake the functions of connecting, sealing and supporting pipelines.
Stainless steel flanges consist of two interconnected ring parts that are held together by bolts. These two ring-shaped parts are respectively called flanges, and there is usually a hole in the middle of them for connecting pipes.
