YW Series Submerged Pump
This series of sewage pump is developed by introducing advanced technology through absorption and transformation, and all performance indicators have reached the national standard level of similar products. Since single (double) channel impellers are used, which have strong sewage discharge capacity and can effectively pass through 5 times of the diameter of the pump and solid particles with a diameter of 50% of the pump diameter, two groups of cemented carbide mechanical seals made of cast iron and stainless steel with special materials are used for dynamic seals.
Features of YW submerged pump:
1. Double blade impeller structure is adopted, which greatly improves the passing capacity of dirt
2. The mechanical seal adopts a new type of friction pair and operates in the oil chamber for a long time;
3. The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, significant in energy saving, convenient for maintenance and replacement;
4. The automatic control cabinet can automatically control the overshoot and stop of the pump according to the required liquefaction change, without the need for special personnel to take care of it, so it is convenient to use;
5. The installation mode can be provided according to the user's needs, which facilitates the installation and maintenance, so that people can enter the sump without this;
6. It can be used within the design scope, while ensuring that the motor will not overload;
7. If the pump is equipped with an outdoor motor, there is no need to build a pump room, and it can be directly installed and used outdoors to save money;

Service conditions of YW submerged pump:
A. The operating ambient temperature of the pump is ≤ 40 ℃, and the humidity is ≤ 95%; Altitude ≤ 1000m.
B. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the medium weight shall be 1-1.3kg/dm3.
C. The application range of cast iron material is PH5~9.
D. General corrosive medium can be used for stainless steel.
E. The altitude of the operating environment shall not exceed 1000m. If the above conditions are exceeded, it shall be proposed at the time of ordering, so as to provide you with more reliable products.
