A: General samples can be sent within 7 working days after both parties confirm the product drawing.
Q: What file format can my product accept?
A: 1. We can accept various formats, igs, step, stp, jpg, pdf, dwg, dxf, etc.
2. If you do not have a ready CAD file, we can accept a scanned copy of the hand drawn design.
Q: How can I get a sample if I don't have a drawing?
A: If you don't have any drawings, you can send us your samples, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawings first, then make samples for you.
Q: What materials do you commonly use in your projects?
A: Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, plastic titanium and acetal
Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)
A: We have no MOQ, you are welcome to send us a trial order to test our quality and service.
