Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: 1~2 sample is free, you only undertake shipping fee. For customized sample, you need paying both proofing fee and shipping fee.
Q: How can you guarantee quality?
A: Always reserve a production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipments.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Samples will be send within 12-24 hours after we receive your payment;
Small orders will be delivery within 7-10 days after we receive your payment;
Large quantity orders will be delivery with 20-25 days.
Q: What is your payment?
A: For sample or trial order, we accept PayPal, Western union and trade assurance.
For larger orders, T/T or L/C or trade assurance will be acceptable.
