2. The spindle power is 15-17kw, 24000rpm , HSK63F models for working on wood , styrofoam etc and some light metal
3. Guide rails are high precision 45mm from Taiwan HIWIN --good quality and good accuracy during working
4. 5 Axis cnc milling machine is taken with 3KW servo motors on X Y Z axis . Japan Yaskawa servo motors and motor reducer .
5. Control system are Taiwan Syntec with RTCP function ( five-axis compensation-Rotation tool center point feature for high precision processing on surface )
6. Strong machine frame steel welding 24mm thickness . Whole machine weight 23000-25000 kgs
7. Front and back door for the machine . It is optional
8. Travel speed 40-45m/min. working speed is 15-20m/min

Specification of the machine
Strong machine frame with steel 12mm thickness welded . High temperature tempering process, no deformation, high hardness. Improve the machining accuracy of the 5 axis cnc machine tools
Taiwan original HIWIN guide rails 45mm. Three sliders on each guide rails. Grinding grade balls, well sealed, wear-resistant, high precision
XY axis is installed with Dust-proof organ cloth. Good stretchability, pull resistance, no deformation. Front and rear double doors. Beautiful while reducing pollution
5 axis head with B axis and C axis. Spindle can +- 120 degrees in B axis and +-220 degrees in C axis. So the spindle tool can work in 5 sides of the material. UP side--Left side--Right side--Front side--back side .
Z axis is taken with Taiwan TBI grinding ball screw. diameter 50mm . High precision and stable moving in Z axis 1500-2000 mm.
Linear tool magazine in back side. It takes about 5-8 seconds to change the tool. 12 tools are arranged ready for changing automatically
