Working Principle for Wet Gold Copper Iron Chromite Tin Raw Ore Ball Mill

The ball mill is a type of grate ball mill, equipped with horizontal drum rotating device, external gear transmission device and two chambers. After passing through feeding unit, materials would be delivered to feeding hollow shaft where the same are evenly delivered into the 1^st Chamber along with the spiral movement. The Chamber is equipped with stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate, and different steel balls which would be lifted up to a certain height due to centrifugal force generated from drum rotation and drop down therefrom to complete impacting and grinding process. Subjected to rough grinding in the 1^st chamber, the same would pass through the single bulkhead and be delivered into the 2^nd chamber where there is equipped with flat lining plate and steel balls for further grinding. Finally, powder materials would be discharged from grate plate to complete grinding process.
