Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) fuel forming machine specializes in researching and developing the farming equipment system for soft and complex waste such as domestic waste and industrial solid waste. This series of equipment is especially suitable for domestic waste, paper-making waste residue, waste residue from water washing plants, textile waste, and leather. Formed fuel processing of waste, rag waste, water plant sludge, industrial sludge, etc. The calorific value of the formed fuel rod is as high as 5000kcal/kg, and it has the characteristics of high density, stable calorific value, easy transportation, easy storage, low secondary pollution, and low emission of toxic substances.

The preparation process of domestic waste(RDF) derived fuel production line generally includes four steps: Coarse crushing ,Sorting,Fine crushing,Drying and molding.
The refuse is first crushed by a coarse crusher, and then incombustible is separated from the combustible by sorting equipment such as magnetic separation, butterfly screen, drum screen, spring screen, and air separator, and air separator, and the combustible goes into a fine crusher for secondary crushing, after the broken material into the dryer, the moisture will be up to10%, after drying fuel into the high-pressure molding machine compression molding.
