Toothed roll crusher
The tooth roll crusher is used for crushing sinter, which is a equipment used in metallurgical sintering plant and sintering machine. It is divided into two kinds: single tooth roller crusher and double tooth roller crusher.
The single-tooth roll crusher is installed at the tail of the sintering machine to break the hot sinter; The double-toothed roller crusher is used to break the cold sinter and is the main equipment of the whole grain system in the sinter plant.
The single-tooth roll crusher produced by our company is matched with several specifications of sintering machines with the width of sintering trolley of 1.5 meters, 2.5 meters, 3.5 meters and 5 meters. After 1980, the introduction of Japan's advanced technology, single-tooth roller crusher in the design and manufacturing has been greatly improved. The machine runs reliably and has a long service life. The crusher consists of transmission device, tooth roller, grate plate, sealing cover, supporting trolley and other main parts. The gear roller is driven by the motor through the safety coupling and the decelerating device. The grate plate is installed under the tooth roll. When the hot sinter is unloaded from the rear of the sintering machine and enters the grate plate through the guide groove, the tooth roll rotates and breaks the sinter into the required particle size with the help of the shear and extrusion of the teeth. Due to the high temperature of the crushing material, the roller shaft, the roller teeth and the grate plate are designed to be cooled by water, and the hard alloy with wear-resistant and heat-resistant is welded on the surface to improve the service life. The main shaft of the small single-tooth roller crusher is cooled by water, the crown is cast by alloy steel, and the protection plate on the grate can be replaced.
In order to facilitate maintenance, the grate plate of the large-size single-tooth roller crusher is placed on the movable
platform, which can be pulled out and pushed into the whole, and the tooth roller itself can also be lifted as a whole to reduce the parking maintenance time.
The double-toothed roller crusher is composed of motor, hydraulic coupler, movable roller, fixed roller, frame, plate gear box and other main parts. The cooled sinter is fed between two relatively rotating rolls through the feed port and broken into the required particle size with the help of the teeth on the tooth plate. The compaction and over-iron protection of the two rolls are achieved by two sets of spring devices.
