A2: The sample order is always welcome.
The samples without any customization will be available generally within 1-3 days;
The samples with customization take generally 5-10 days, depends on the detailed requirements.
The sample cost is refundable sometimes, but the freight cost is always paid by the receiver.

A3: The normal MOQ is 3000pcs per item, and we accept small trial orders via Alibaba.
