A1:  Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little mould fee and extra labor fee,
and we will pay back the charges beyond the wholesale price if you place mass production order.
 
Q2: How can I know the completion of my order?
A2: Here is the process of the order: Inform me the items you want to buy -- Confirm the order -- pay deposit -- start 
production -- take finished products’ photos to you for confirmation or you arrange 3rd party’s inspection -- Pay the balance payment --- Confirm the vessel with customer and book shipment -- loading container -- send documents.
 
Q3:Can we customize my own designs?
A3: Yes, Juelun has a lot of experiences in customizing furniture according to your own design. Both OEM and ODM are
available.Once you confirmed, we have engineer to make the CAD drawing according to your detail requirements. You can
customize the your own logo, size, material, color, etc.

Q4: How long is the warranty ?
A4: Five years quality guarantee period for main construction.Juelun Company 100% responsible for all damaged products
during transportation if it is handled by Juelun Company’s forwarder, no matter what reason is.

Q5: What is your MOQ?
A5: It depends on items.
For retail items, it is no MOQ requirement.
For wholesale items, the MOQ is 1*20GP. You can mix 3-4 models in one container.

Q6:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A6:We have experienced QC to check every process from raw material’s Incoming Inspection to In-process Quality Control. 
Every process keeps the QC from the beginning to the end.

Q7:What is your package?
A7:We used standard exporting carton or woven bag or wooden packaging, It depends on model and customer’s
requirements.

Q8: How much is the shipping costs?
A8:The shipping costs depends on the final packaging volume and delivery time. So before you get the correct
shipping costs, please confirm below:

Q9: How can I get your latest catalog and price?
A9:Send me email or inquiry to get the newest catalogue - Selected your interested items and confirm the detail requirement,
such as size, color, material, quality standard or market, your required trade term, etc., then we will work out costs for you.

Q10: What is your payment terms?
A10: T/T 30% deposit, T/T the 70% balance before loading container.
T/T 50% deposit, T/T the 50% balance before loading ( For customization order )

Q11:How long is your production lead time?
A11: Sample lead time:7-15 days;
Mass production order Lead time:7-30 days after receiving deposit, it depends on items, qty and season.
