MMO Titanium Anode
Titanium anode coating, which consists of Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) such as RuO2, IrO2, TiO2, Ta2O5, can distinctly reduce cell voltage during the electrolysis of chlorine evolution & oxygen evolution and have remarkable energy-saving effect & longer lifetime. The substrate can be reused and recoated Titanium anode is also called as DSA Titanium Anode or insoluble titanium anode due to its dimension stability and high corrosion resistivity. With high corrosion resistivity, titanium anode can ensure them won't pollute electrolysis system and increase final products purity so as to reduce maintenance cost of the equipments.
Ruthenium iridium coating (IR-Ru), coated titanium anodes are used in chior-alkali , sodium ypochlorite, sewage treatment, sea water desalinization, etc.
Iridium tantalum coating( Ru-ta), coated titanium anodes are widely used in the production of electrolytic copper foil, Hydrogen peroxide sulfate nitrate, organic electrolyte etc.
Pt coated titanium anodes are used in electrolytic deposition drinking water, water treatment, etc.

Titanium Anode Production process :
1. Choose GR1 (TA1) type titanium substrate, and make sure the surface of the plate is smooth and smooth, without deep scratchesand incompleteness.

3. Perform annealing and leveling treatment on the titanium substrate at a temperature > 500°C.(To eliminate stress and ensure flatness.)
4. During the annealing and leveling treatment, a dense titanium oxide layer will be formed on the surface of the titanium substrate, which will be polished mechanically or manually to make the surface have a metallic luster of titanium.
5. The titanium substrate is pickled and corroded with 10% oxalic acid, and it is carried out in a
slightly boiling state for several hours, so that the surface oxide layer is etched into the surface of titanium hydride.

6.Perform reasonable qualitative and quantitative configuration of precious metal solution according to the anode environment applied by the customer.
7. Detect that the pickling titanium base material is qualified, that is, the surface layer is a gray and uniform pockmarked structure, and then it is manually coated and sintered at a suitable temperature. After sintering, it is naturally cooled and cooled to Carry out the second coating at room temperature, and so on, until the configuration solution is coated for more than 17 to 20 times.
8. After the sintering of the above-mentioned processed parts is completed, the life experiment test is carried out with the furnace test piece, and the test is qualified and packaged for delivery.
