1. How can I get a sample?
TRANSMO: samples without customized logo are free, but the freight is collect. if you want with customized logo, we will charge labor cost and ink cost only. Also will be on your account, Thank you!
2.What's the MOQ for the first order?
TRANSMO: The order MOQ is 3000 PCS.
3. How long we can get a customized samples?
TRANSMO: It will be spent 10-15 days.
4. Could you do design for us?
TRANSMO: Yes, we can do not only mold design of new products but also logo drawing design. For mold design, you need provide us a sample or product's drawing. For logo design, please let us know your logo words, pantone code and where to put.
5.What's your payment term?
TRANSMO: 30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% paid when goods ready by T/T also. Small amount payment could be paid 100% amount by T/T or paypal. Please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
6. How about the shipping?
TRANSMO: It's up to you, but we suggest that, for small order, could be delivered by international Express. Like HK Fedex,DHL, TNT or UPS. It takes 3-7 work days to arrive as usual. Big quantity would be shipping by ocean, it takes several months to arrive. If urgent, you can choose shipping by air, but the freight change will be more expensive.
