RE: MOQ 50PCS support free cost of your logo,less 50PCS asked the 60-75US dollar to make your logo board for printing .Package MOQ is 200PCS ,can save in our stock separated production, cost please call me ( Tina) online confirm .
2. I want to buy a 4G camera, but how can I confirm that your camera can work with our SIM card?
RE: Our 4G cameras are factory tuned according to the frequency band of each client country. If you do not know the frequency band of your country, you can share your local operator/frequency band with me. I help you determine the most suitable version for you.
3. Can I do the Sample order for test ? Any MOQ requests ?
RE: Highly support you do the sample order start our cooperation . Can special support you without MOQ request .
4. How to use and connect camera ?
RE:Easy plug and play well dear .Connect camera with panel , and open the mobile app to scan the QR code can add quickly . And we have the manual in package help you .
5. What is the warranty policy ?
