Multi-functional Wood hammer crusher sawdust is designed according to a variety of grinder principle, to innovate,
developed this new crushing equipment.
The Wood hammer crusher sawdust adopts blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact, collision and double crushing
function in one, and can complete the micro-material sorting and processing process at the same time.
In the process of blade cutting and crushing, the rotor produces high-speed air flow, which rotates with the blade cutting direction, and the material accelerates in the air flow, and repeatedly shocks the material is double crushing at the same time, accelerating the crushing rate of the material.








Raw material Introduction


Specially used in Orchard garden , Botanical garden, Landscaping department;
1. wood, tree trunk, tree branch
2. wooden piece, small tree branch, leaf, tree bark, feed stuff and chemical material etc material;
3. Orchard garden , Botanical garden, Landscaping department;
( Trimmed branches, trunk, leaf can be crushed as fertilizer .)
4. Machine can installed on the cart or farm vehicle;
5. Engine can be motor,diesel engine,gasoline engine,both of them are ok for working;
6. Crushing type can be mobile and fixed-line( two-way for choice).






Working Principle


1. It is composed of three parts: body, middle body and lower body.
2. The rushing knife is composed of 7 knife, 1 knife and centrifugal knife.
3. The machine is composed of fan, powder collector and dust collector.
4. The crushing room of the main engine adopts type 7 knife, type 1 type knife and centrifugal knife, with coarse crushing, fine crushing and centrifugal crushing. The motor drives the crushing machine rotor to operate at high speed, so that the machinery produces high speed air flow to produce high strength impact force, compression force, cutting force and friction force on the crushing material, so as to achieve the unique crushing function.
5. In the process of three blade cutting and crushing, the rotor produce high speed airflow with the blade direction rotation, material in the airflow and repeated impact, cutting friction, also by the three tyoe crushing, crushed material with the airflow into the analyzer analysis, due to the analyzer rotor centrifugal force and the action of airflow centripetal force, so when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, fine particles with the airflow into the collector collection, coarse particles into the centrifugal crushing room to continue to crush until you satisfied fineness.
