The mucking loader is a type of underground construction mucking loading machinery mainly used in excavating of tunnel mining, mine engineering, narrow space mining operation such as metal mine, water transferred roadway, Urban jacking pipe, and etc.
Our mucking loader is with a different capacity of 40 cubes, 50 cubes, 60 cube, 80 cube, 100 cube, 120 cube per hour. The mini wheel loader can be divided into different types: coal mine, rock load and excavation, tunnel excavation, urban underground engineering.

* Tire type:The standard configuration of the machine is suitable for the road without slopes. It can replace larger wheels and make ,it have a higher chassis and can be used in the mine with track.
Crawler type:If your local road conditions need to be climbed and the slope is greater than 12 degrees, you need to use crawler type. The chassis of the crawler is heavier, which can be suitable for various road conditions.
* Belt type: Suitable for a mine with a slope of less than 8 degrees,materials used for conveying loose or small
particles, such as soil, low density stones, etc. Advantages: high transport efficiency and low cost

Scraper type:It used in mines with slopes greater than 8 degrees,double chain on each side of the conveyor. in the scraper conveyor, We installed the baffles，the height of the baffle is 13cm. It can prevent the slipping of the material well.Compared with the belt conveyor, because the material of the scraper conveyor is steel plate, the conveyor is very wear -resistant and will not be cut by sharp stones, and no need to be replaced.
* Electric drum or hydraulic drum. When the customer's local voltage is inconsistent with our industrial voltage (380V, 3 phase), the customized hydraulic drum is required to replace the electric drum .
* Diesel engine 1. When the machine needs to be transfer to another place, it is not convenient to connect the wires.you can startup the diesel engine. When testing the machine, or it is not convenient to use electricity, it can replace electricity for a short time.
* Quartering hammerThere are two types of broken hammer of our mucking loader. One is that the broken hammer and the digging are one, and the other is that the broken hammer and the digging bucket are separated.you can choose as your need.
