Melt Flow Index Tester used to measure the thermoplastic resin melt mass flow rate (MFR), melt flow rate (MVR) volume and the density of the melt, which is widely used in plastic raw materials, products, petroleum and chemical industries, and related colleges and universities, scientific research units and the commodity inspection department.
Features:
1. English switchable color controller, accuracy and service life.
2. Automatic and manual cutting control, accurate to 0.1s, can be arbitrary set cutting time and cutting times.
3. Built-in micro printer can print test data
4. Double temperature control system, double imported PT100 sensor, improve the test accuracy and temperature stability.
5. Added displacement sensor, can achieve test in MVR with 0.01mm accuracy.
6. The MVR method can output the test results directly without cutting.
7. The density value of the material at certain temperature can be calculated by the ratio of MVR method and MFR method.
8. The computer can be connected via USB, software to print and store data (MI400P).
