1. About sample
1.1 If we have mould of the USB connector, we would love to offer you 1-3PCS free samples, You only need to pay for the freight cost.
1.2 If the cable we don’t have mould, we can help you design and make the mould, after the mould produced over, we can send the sample for you, but you need pay for mould cost.
1.3 How to pay sample cost?
We accept PayPal, alipay, western union or TT.
1.4 Sample delivery time.
1.4.1 If we have stocked product, the sample can be shipped out immediately.
1.4.2 If we have stocked materials, we can send out the sample within 3days.
1.4.3 If it’s custom cable with new mould, it will take us 2 weeks to make new mould, and 1-2 days to make samples.
2. About mass order
2.1 Delivery date: order quantity less than 1000PCS within 7 to 10 days.
2.2 1000PCS-5000PCS, delivery time is 10 to 15 days.
2.3 More than 5000PCS, delivery time is 15 to 20 days.
3. About quality
3.1 All orders will be made depending one customers’ requirements, or we will make samples for confirmation, if customer not allow us to change something, we never do it.
3.2 If quality problem is from our factory, we will re-make it and afford all shipping cost.
Packaging & Shipping
Payment:
1. We accept T/T, Western union, Alipay
2. If not more than 5000USD, please 100% T/T to my company account number.
3. If more than 5000USD, we are accept Deposit 40% and balance 60% before shipment.
Packaging:
One Piece in a PE bag or as you required.
Shipping:
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. If there are any change, please inform us before delivery.
4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
