Thickness: 20–300mm

Round bar size: 60– 300mm

Length: 2000-5800mm

 

Delivery condition:

Hot rolled or forging or black surface.

Annealing or no heat treatment.HBS=207-255

EAF or ESR material .

 

 

Applications:

Used for various high precision, long-life cold work mould.
eg: punch mould, cold squeezing mould.

 

 

Heat Treatment:

 

Soft annealing: heat to 600-650°C, cool slowly.

Hardness after annealing: HBS=207-255

Hardening: 820 - 1000°C

Normalizing temperature: 840-1040°C

 

 

Packing situation:

Standard seaworthy packing or as customer required
