What material do you use for the inflatables?

We use 0.45mm - 0.99mm 18 oz. Plato PVC tarpaulin which is Water-proof, flame-retarded, UV-treated, premium stretch resistance.

What is your MOQ?

The MOQ for each item is only 1 piece.

How long is the lead time?

It depends on the quantity of your order and complexity of the design. 5-10 days for normal bounce house and games. 10-15 days for slides and obstacle course. 10-30 days for customized product after everything’s been confirmed.

What is your warranty policy?
