Wood Charcoal Smokeless Carbonization Furnace
Carbonization furnace for biomass charcoal can greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time (from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
The equipment is composed of four parts: horizontal furnace body, furnace chamber, fan and smoke return system. Gas, coal, diesel gasoline, firewood, straw, branches and other raw materials are used in the preheating of the carbonization furnace body in the early stage.
