Preparation:

1. Remove the weeds/natural grass on the soil/ground.

2. Compact the base (soil/ concrete) and keep it smooth.

3. Make sure the back of the grass and joint tape is dry & clean before installation (mainly refers to joining).

4. Installation (mainly refers to joining) should be operated at the temperature between 0-40℃.Work in humid and rainy day is not suggested, which will easily cause the loose at the joint place.

Roll out:

Roll out the artificial grass and make sure the yarn direction of each roll is consistent.

Trimming:

Trim or cut the extra edges after roll out.

Adhesive:

Adhesive each grass rolls together.

For concrete base: Joint tape (non self-adhesive) and glue are needed.

1. Layout the joint tape under the edge, brush the glue onto the tape (side up) and the backing of the joint position of artificial grass. The glue should be brushed evenly & average, wait until 80%-90% dry & non-sticky, then press down the grass roll edge to adhesive firmly.

To glue the down side of the tape on to the concrete is prohibited, because Expansion and contraction will cause crack on the joint position.

2. If choosing self-adhesive tape, just lay it down of the joint position and adhesive. Making sure the adhesive side up.

For soil base: U shape and straight nail are needed.  

1. U shape nail is across the edge of two rolls and stick into the soil.

The length of U shape nail is not less than 15cm.

Every 0.15-0.2m put one nail.

2. straight nail is used in the corner and edge of the whole court.  

The length of the straight nail is not less than 15cm.

Every 0.15-0.2m put one nail.

Press:

Place the edge back down then adhesive as firmly as possible. Step on the seamed edge to ensure they are stuck down to the adhesive tape. No activities suggest to hold at least two weeks after installation complete, which provide better sedimentation and extend the lifespan of the grass.

7.It is suggested to use within 4 hours every day and not to use the turf when outdoor temperature less than -5°C or higher than 40°C.

8.Reduce the friction to turf yarn as much as possible. Do not warranty the quality if the turf yarn is seriously scratched mechanically during or after installation.

9.If filling materials are adopted, the materials should be good production including with sulfur less than 2% and should be in accordance with each requirement issued by sports organizations such as  Federation International of Football Association and UEFA. Or the installation company could provide criteria for operation.

10.The compensation amount does not exceed the value of our provided Aritificial Grass For Soccer. If there is any conflict between each warranty as above and sales terms of our company, it should act according to our sales terms.
