The jacketed glass reactor features a double glass design, allowing for effective mixing reactions within the reaction vessel. The interlayer permits the incorporation of various cold and heat sources like frozen liquid, hot water, or hot oil, enabling loop heating or cooling reactions. These jacketed reaction vessels facilitate controlled synthetic reactions under specific temperatures and vacuum conditions. They serve as versatile tools for extraction, refinement, distillation, and homogenization processes. With an inner vessel and one or two jackets, these reactors utilize temperature differentials created by a chiller to modify their internal environment. Operating under vacuum, they are ideal for applications sensitive to atmospheric conditions. Available in glass and varying from 1L to 200L in volume.
