The LMK-AB series
The LMK-AB series of mobile welding fume purification equipment adopts advanced filtering technology, which provides a solution for processing single-station welding fume. This series of equipment is mainly used for the purification of smoke and dust generated in welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes, as well as the recovery of rare metals and precious materials. It has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, low noise, flexible use and small footprint. In order to meet the different requirements of the factory, the mobile dust purifier can be divided into two types: with automatic ash cleaning and without automatic ash cleaning.
1.Structural composition
The main components include: universal vacuum arm, high temperature resistant vacuum hose, vacuum hood (with air volume regulating valve), flame retardant net, flame retardant high-efficiency filter element, clean room, activated carbon filter, ash drawer combination, Burning sound-absorbing cotton, new Korean-style casters with brakes, fans, imported motors and electric control boxes, etc.
2.working principle
Through the gravitational force of the fan, the welding fume is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust suction hood. A flame arrester is installed at the air inlet of the equipment. Coarse dust is directly dropped to the ash hopper, particulate dust is captured on the outer surface by the filter element, the clean air is filtered and purified by the filter element, and then flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element, and the clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and then discharged through the air outlet up to standard .
3.place of use
Suitable for arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gouging welding, gas fusion cutting, special welding and other workplaces that generate smoke.
