Yeast beta glucan is a polysaccharide that exists in the yeast cell wall and has immunity-enhancing activity. Yeast beta glucan products are obtained through cell wall breaking, enzymatic hydrolysis, acid and alkali treatment, separation, purification, drying, and packaging.
Yeast beta glucan is a polysaccharide with a three-dimensional helical structure with β-1,3-glucan as the main chain and a small amount of β-1,6-glucan branches.
