How to use tampons:
Cellophane packaging: Wash your hands before use, tear off the seal on the tampon, remove the cellophane at the end, then loosen the cotton thread, hold the end of the tampon with one hand, and remove the tip of the cellophane with the other hand. Put the tampon into the vagina, push it into the depth of about two knuckles, and the cotton thread will be exposed outside the body.
