It is mainly used to produce sodium salt, calcium salt and ammonium salt of anionic surfactant alkylbenzene sulfonic acid. It is also used as emulsifier of organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides. It can be used as a curing catalyst for amino baking paint, used to prepare various liquid and solid detergents, and also used in various cosmetics formulations. Because it is stable in acidic solution and has good washing performance, it is often used in the preparation of acidic solution detergents such as toilet cleaners
