Precautions for using U diamond
1. When using a U-drill, the center water outlet has the best effect, which increases the tool life and is conducive to chip removal.
2. When using a machining center or lathe, the center point of the tool should be as parallel as possible to the center of the machine tool spindle.
3. When the U drill is used for hole expansion, the outer edge of the blade must be parallel to the movement angle of the turret.
4. If there is abnormal noise or chip breaking during processing, stop using it immediately and make timely adjustments.
5. If the drill bit flying rotation operation is in fixed passive processing during use, it is recommended to use the SP type four-corner blade.
