Q: Do you have installers or send installation team to project site?
A: Normally, we provide you with installation diagram or installation guide. And we can send our installation team to job site if it is necessary.
Q: How about your package? What can you do for me if the glass railing were damaged when I open the container?
A: Wooden crate is our standard package, soft package is also available.
If the glass railing was damaged when you received it, please send photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q: What if you send me the wrong glass railing?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final confirmation before production. But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM service?
A: We have the self-owned brand, OEM &ODM should be available under corresponding agreement signed by both sides.
Q: How long is the period of the quality warranty and after sales service?
A: We provide 5-10 years' warranty depending on requirements. When you need after sales service, you can call or send us email, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
