Hottech has overs 8 years’ experience in manuafacturing electric bikes, before that, we have accumulated 35 years’ experience in automatic field. Factory covers an area of 20,000 sqm with more than 8 automatic production lines and 150 workers. Monthly capacity reaches 15,000 units.
Each unit of Hottech e-bike is tested and inspected by QC department, we use T&A to put all things under control and don’t leave things to open end. All products meet CE regulations. Since 2015, we have exported to 40 countries, only 2022, we exported 50,000 units.

1. Q: Can I get some samples? |
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test. and For bike sample, we have sample price, we can refund you some charges after you put bulk order. |
2. Q: What's the delivery time? |
A: For our ordinary folding bikes, we have black, red and white colors in stock, we can deliver after order within 3-5 days. For bulk order by container, it usually takes about 20-30 days for production.If it is customized, around 30-45 days. It depends on the spare parts demand. |
3. Q: What's your payment terms? |
A: We usually accept T/T, Cash, Paypal, West Union or alibaba on line payment as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated. |
4. Q: Where do you purchase extra battery? |
A: On Alibaba. |
5. Q: Can I have my own Logo? Can I choose any color? |
A: Yes, it will charge extra USD50 to customize your logo. And you can choose any color for most of the folding bikes. If your order reach 100 sets, we can discuss again for the price. |
6. Q: Can I mix different models in one container? |
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container. |
7. Q: What's your warranty terms? |
A: We offer different warranty time for different components, please contact us for details. If your order quantity can be container, we will send 2% spare parts for warranty service. |
