This kind of yellow polyethene films is Suitable for special cotton harvesters,such as John Deere 7760/CP690/CS690, bale the cotton in a continuous process without stopping the harvester. This innovative wrap is specially designed to avoid the potential of plastic fragments and the risk of cotton contamination. It offers a cost-effective solution to pick up cotton in the field and wrap cotton bales.
The cotton wrap film is made of two parts. The inner layer is a non-tacky film that prevents cotton from sticking to the wrap. The outer layer is a film with particular properties which is tacky on one side. The combination of these two parts of the film ensures that the round bale holds its uniformity in transport and processing. Also, The bright colour of the film and over the edge coverage design minimizes the risk of cotton contamination.
