the Hybrid Kitchen Exhaust Hood is an all-in-one kitchen exhaust hood system designed to eliminate oil, grease and smoke vapoursfrom the cooking process all in one compact package.
the Hybrid Kitchen Exhaust Hood ultilises Ozone Clean System technology whereby plasma discharge provides a cost effective and safe way to eliminate foul odour and contaminants from the cooking process. Electrostatic precipitation technology is also incorporated into the hood to eliminate fume and mist with an efficiency of up to 95%, resulting in substantially reduced grease built up inside exhaust ducts. This stainless steel cabinet hood is great for kitchens looking for a space saving solution where there is no room for additional air pollution measures with a conventional hood.
