1. Do you have your own factory?
We have our own factory in Xiamen, Fujian, close to the port, so we have an advantage in price and quality control.
2. Can I print & customize the a4 clipboard with my own artwork?
Yes, we are specialized in all sort of customization with the a4 clipboard printing, we can print your own artwork/design on the a4 clipboards.
3. How to ensure that the product is accurate?
After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation, the production sample will be confirmed again, and then the mass production will be carried out.
4. What is CMYK/ PMS Colors?
CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW & BLACK colors, Each color print from a separate plate in layers to create colors, CMYK is also known as four colors.PMS stands for Pantone Matching system, PMS also known as special colors, PMS colors are assigned specific codes for ink mixing. A palette of fourteen basic colors are used to mix inks according to the formulas.These special colors can be used when you need any specific shade to be printed on a4 clipboards.
5. What is Spot UV/ UV Coating?
This Coating provides high amount of gloss, Spot UV is a high raised ink process to high light the specific area, logo/artwork.
6. What file type you require for printing?
It’s very easy & simple, just email us your artwork files in editable format like AI, EPS, OR PSD with minimum 300 dpi.We have our expert design team in house who can work on your designs efficiently to layout the artwork and can work on your design absolutely Free (Once the order is secured). So we will work on the final layouts and send it you for approval.
7. How do I make sure how the product look like once produced?
Usually we do work on digital proofs with 2D & 3D view for approval so that makes everything clear what exactly the a4 clipboard will look like once it is produced and assembled. And for large orders we send a physical a4 clipboards to make sure everything should be printed as per requirements.
8. How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?
1)Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request the samples;
2)the stock samples are free, the samples produced are charged according to your requirements; the sample fee will be refunded according to the order amount;
3)the samples will be sent within 7 days.
9. How long will it be shipped?
It is usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days after payment and document confirmed. If your order is urgent, we will adjust the schedule appropriately and continue to follow up the production process for you.
10. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
The general order quantity for a product is 500 pieces. The more the quantity is, the cheaper the unit price will be.
11. If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?
Yes, we offer FOB/CIF price normally. The shipping cost and your local destination fees, customs clearance fees will be charged by your side.
