Q2: Are you a trader or manufacturer ?

We are the professional manufacturer, welcome to our factory and showroom before you place order.

Q3:What grades of stainless steel do you use?

We use commercial grades AISI 304 for internal applications and AISI 316 for external applications. You can mix depending upon the environment of your installation.

Q4: What diameter is the handrail?

The tubes have outside diameters of 38.1mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm and 50.8mm.

Q5: How high should my balustrade be?

We should consider two situation.

(1)Flat railing standard height,1100mm,1200mm or 1300mm from the ground.

(2)Staircase railing standard height,900mm or 950mm from each step.

Q6:I want the banister to go on my left hand wall is this possible?

Yes, it can go on either wall depending which way round you put it. Just turn it around, lengthways.

Q7: I want to fit a new handrail. Where do I measure from?

If it's a banister rail replacement, just measure your existing one. If it's a balustrade that you're after, please send us your design in the form of a dimensional sketch or drawing.

Q8: How do you package the goods?

The balustrade and hardwares accessories are packaged separately by cartons, glass and wooden components are packaged by the wooden box Long stainless steel pipes are packaged by the fiber bags

Q9: Can you provide us the goods according to our drawing?

All the railing and the staircase can be custom made in our factory, Please provide us your drawing, then we can make it according to your drawing.

Q10: What is about the delivery time?

In general speaking, the delivery time is about 30 days.

Q11: How about the shipment?

(2)less than one container you can choose LCL shipment by sea

(3)one container or more than one container you can choose FCL shipment by sea
