1) BX1600  Horizontal Double Glazing Glass Washing and Drying Machine  : 

 

Function:

It is used to wash 3-12mm and 35mm-thinner glass. With the horizontal structure, it is stable to transmit. Stable performance with DELIXI contactor, push-button switches and pilot light. It adopts frequency stepless speed and is easy to operate as the button is concentrated on the operation table. The height of working tank can be changed to meet the requirement of any glass thickness. Soft brushes (LOW-E) assure the washing quality while two pairs of air knives assure the drying. Inspecting light is equipped to examine the glass quality. The thickness of stainless steel is over 2.2mm.

 

2) RYB1600A Double Glazing  Hot Press Machine for IG unit 

1. Function:

1)It adopts two rubber rollers and frequency stepless speed so the transmission speed can be changed if necessary.

2)Temperature controlling device( heating pipes with 2kw power) is used to keep the best temperature to assure the quality of the insulating glass.

3)The rollers in the hot stove are made of materials good in lubrication and heatproof.

4) Be suitable to use American-style rubber strip such as swiggle, etc.

5)The thickness of stainless steel is over 2 mm.

 

3) JZT1600 Rubber Assembly Table for IG/Double Glazing Unit 

Function;

Rubber Assembly Table is the special machine of composite rubber spacer insulating glass with vacuum system. The vacuum sucker plate can lift and move up and down. In the production of insulating glass, it matches with hot press machine and finishes fixing the rubber spacer and roll press. Simple structure, and easy operation. It ’s one of the essential equipments of composite rubber spacer insulating glass.
