High precision G10 si3n4 silicon nitride ceramic ball for bearing
Silicon nitride balls are precision ceramics sintered at high temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.
They have high strength, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can be used for a long time in seawater, with good electrical and magnetic insulation.
The density is 3.2g/cm3, which is 1/3 of the weight of the bearing steel, and the centrifugal force is small during rotation.
With self-lubricating properties, it is the first choice for ceramic bearings and hybrid ceramic ball bearings.
Zirconia Oxide Ball (ZrO2) bearings are kept in our stock series.
