A1: For the valves, we have one year warranty. If any quality problem on our side occured in this period, we will make
replacement.

A: . NO stands for Normally open, that is , valve keeps open without power. if connect, it with power, the valve will get closed.
NC stands for normally closed , that is valve keeps closed without power. If connect , it with power, the valve will get open.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and
the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
