FIVE-LAYER STAINLESS STEEL SHELF
The steam cabinet is divided into five layers, with each layer of 300×300mm in dimensions, being able to hold about 60 steam buns at a time. Each layer frame is made of food-grade stainless steel, which can be pulled out for an easier fetching of buns. The tilt track design prevents the buns from mushy caused by condensation
INTUITIVE WATER LEVEL OBSERVATION
