Automatic Lithium Battery Formation Machine Battery Formation and Grading Automation Lithium Battery Production Line
Integrated formation & grading machine is mainly used for the high-temperature pressing formation and grading process of li-ion cell. The formation process is in heating and pressing condition with adjustable pressure to improve the performance of cell and shorten the battery production cycle: after the formation process, the robotics will transfer the cells to grading JIG. The grading JIG adopts constant temperature control, and the temperature consistency is within 2 ℃. which solves the problem of uneven heat dissipation of the battery during the grading process. The grading adopts pressing and constant temperature charging and discharging modes to improve the efficiency. reduce the number of battery handling. increase the qualification rate. and improve battery quality.
