Product Description
3、 Usage:
1. The product is made by mixing agent A and agent B. The polishing temperature is controlled between 35 ℃ -50 ℃, brass between 35 ℃ -45 ℃, and copper between 45 ℃ -50 ℃.
2. The operation process is as follows:
① Remove oil and dirt from the copper workpiece.
② Use tap water to rinse off the remaining oil stains on the copper workpiece.
③ Mix A agent: B agent: water in a ratio of 4:1:3 to form a polishing agent solution. Stir evenly, and at the same time, place the mixed solution in a cold water bath for cooling treatment. Use a interlayer water bath to cool down, and if possible, use ice cubes to cool down.
④ Place the copper workpiece that has undergone oil and scale removal treatment into a plastic basket. When loading the basket, it is best to place the copper workpieces vertically, and do not put too many workpieces at once to avoid rapid heating.
⑤ Immerse the copper workpiece loaded in the basket into the prepared copper polishing agent solution, while flipping the workpiece to achieve even polishing. After about 2-4 minutes, the copper workpiece appears uniformly bright black.
⑥ Take out the copper workpiece and quickly clean it in clean water. Then immediately pour it into the film remover to remove the film. The film removal time is about 8-18 seconds (using 6-8 times the amount of water mixed with the film removal agent). During the film removal process, shake the plastic basket to thoroughly remove the film. Especially for pipeline shaped copper workpieces. The interior of the pipe must be thoroughly cleaned. After removing the film, the workpiece exhibits a very bright mirror effect.
⑦ Rinse thoroughly with tap water in a timely manner.
⑧ Finally, use copper passivation solution for color retention treatment.
4、 Precautions:
1. The workpiece must be free of oil stains, dirt, and ink before polishing.
2. The potion is irritating and corrosive to the skin, please do not come into contact with the skin. Wear rubber gloves for operation.
3. This product is strictly prohibited from coming into contact with metals such as iron, nickel, stainless steel, manganese, etc. during use, otherwise the service life of the product will be reduced.
4. It is best to take cold water bath cooling measures during the polishing process of the workpiece. The temperature of the polishing solution should be controlled at 40 ℃± 5 ℃, not exceeding 50 ℃, and too many workpieces should not be input at once to avoid rapid temperature rise. When conditions permit, ice cubes can be added to cool down. If the polishing effect is not good, such as when the surface of purple copper shows red and rose yellow, attention should be paid to whether the temperature reaches 45 ℃, or timely supplementation of agents A and B.
5. When loading the workpieces into the basket, they should be placed in a staggered manner, and it is best to have some distance between the workpieces. It is best to make the workpiece hang vertically in the polishing solution without overlapping or colliding with other workpieces, otherwise it is necessary to flip the workpiece in a timely manner to achieve even polishing.
6. In the case of assembly line operations, hanging copper workpieces is the best method.
7. During the polishing process, there may be component loss. In order to maintain the performance of the polishing solution for a long time, after polishing 1-2 batches of products, 2% -3% of the polishing solution should be added and stirred evenly. Do not add water during the polishing process. Use of the original solution.
8. This product cannot be exposed to sunlight. Store in a cool place.
