Candles should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place. Excessively high temperature or direct sunlight could cause the melting of the candle surface, which will affect the fragrance concentration of the candle, resulting in insufficient aroma emission when lit.
Light up the Candle
1. Before lighting the candle, the wick of the candle should be trimmed by 3-5mm (No pruning required for first use).
2. When use the candle for the first time, please keep burning for more than 2-4 hours ——Candles have a "burning memory", if the wax around the wick is not evenly heated and the surface is not completely melted, then the candle burning will only be limited around the wick.
Increase Burning Time
1. Always pay attention to keeping the length of the candle wick at 1-1.5 CM. Trimming the candle wick can help the candle burn evenly and prevent the black smoke on the bamboo cup.
2. Make sure that the candle is not in a ventilated place when burning. The wind will make the candle burn unevenly and reduce the candle life.
3. Try to make the candle burn for more than 2 hours each time, but not more than 4 hours. If you want to burn for a long time, extinguish the candle every 4 hours, then trim the length of the candle wick to about 1 cm, and light it again.
Extinguish the Candle
1. Always remember, don't blow out the candle with your mouth! Don't use the lid to put out the flame! This will not only damage the candle, but also produce black smoke, what's the worse, it will turn the wonderful aroma of the scented candle into a smoke smell!

4. You can make an initial payment of 70% if the product is customized when the total cost exceeds $10,000. Just finalize the balance payment once we complete manufacturing and get your team's approval, then we'll set up delivery.
5. When your items are in production, we will ask our QC to check the quality overall. Same as the samples, if the sample need to be adjusted after completion, we will reproduce it till you are satisfied.
6. After manufacture, the products will be delivered to our warehouse where our QC staff performs double quality check before packing and shipping. Regarding delivery, we will do as you request, if you sell on Amazon, we support sending to your Amazon warehouse to save you time and money.
