YK series swing granulator
This machine is suitable for high viscosity material, such as chicken powder. By positive and reverse rotation of rolls, the wet powder mixture forced through the screen mesh to be granulates. It is widely used in the chemical and food industry, it is a popular granulating machine used for forming the granule sizes from moist powder material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in required size.
Working method:
The principle of an oscillating granulator is to mechanically pass compacted material through a wire mesh screen or plate using an oscillating rotor. The rotor speed and rotation time are variable in the clockwise or counterclockwise directions. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size, rotor speed, and the rotor's rotation angle.

1. This Oscillating granulating machine makes use of the rolling motion of rotating barrel, granulates the wet powder materials into granule by sieve, it also can be used to crush agglomerate materials into small granules directly.
2. In chemical field, it can be used for granulating the mixed powder into granule, and compressed into tablet after being dried. It also can be used for granulating the coagulated material that is formed during storage or during chemical processing, In food industry, it can be used to deal with the candy and sugar mixture as well as barley milk products. In other industries, it can be used to granulate such as porcelain and plastic mixtures into forming granules.
