Hammer crusher
Hammer crusher is one of the main equipment of fine crushed limestone, coal or other brittle materials below medium hardness in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry and hydropower industry. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform particle size of products
The common hammer crusher is mainly composed of frame, rotor, screen, striking plate and adjusting device. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the coupling, and the ore entering the crusher is broken by the impact of the hammer head on the rotor. The broken ore obtains kinetic energy from the outside of the hammer head and rushes to the striking plate and screen bar in the frame at high speed. At the same time, the ore also collides with each other, thus suffering from multiple crushing.
The ore smaller than the mesh hole is discharged from the mesh hole; Individual larger ore blocks are crushed on the lattice plate by the combined effect of hammer impact, extrusion and grinding, and the ore is extruded from the lattice hole by the hammer to obtain the product of the required particle size.
A stage hammer crusher is mainly composed of machine, rotor, feed roller, grate, hydraulic opening device, foundation and other parts. The main motor drives a rotor with a flywheel directly through a coupling. The ore is fed into the crusher feed port by a heavy plate feeder, and the feeding is required to be carried out on the full width of the feeder to achieve uniform feeding.
After the bulk ore enters the crusher, it first falls on two shock-proof feed rollers supported by rubber. The speed of the two
feeding rollers is different to prevent the ore from wedging between the two rollers, the latter speed is higher than the former.
Part of the fine material in the feed is dropped directly between the two rollers, and the rest of the ore continues to be fed
into the crushing zone. The ore entering the crushing zone is smashed or discarded by the hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor.
The ore thrown up at high speed collides with the counter plate or the ore blocks collide with each other in the counter cavity of the frame, and then is brought into the crushing plate and grate part by the hammer head, and continues to break until the required particle size is reached, and is discharged by the grate gap. The discharged material is transported by the discharge tape machine. In order to prevent foreign objects such as iron from damaging the machine, there are two different grate bars for users to choose from.
