4. Operating Guide
We advise 4-6g/m2 to coat on paper fully with rolling coating machine. The temperature of the drying channel should be controlled
at about 60-90℃, and the rotation speed is 25/M/ min -45m/min. Blister temperature should be adjusted according to different
bubble shell, we recommend the temperature at about 120-140℃, time is 1-4 second. If blister bubble shell such as PVC and PET, the
blister temperature should be decreased
5. Packaging and Storage
1) Packaging and packaging specifications: plastic drum, net weight 20KG/25KG
2) storage conditions and shelf life: cool and ventilated place, storage temperature is not more than 30℃, stored for one year
