Warm Tips:
1.This camera only works with 2.4Ghz wifi, it doesn't work with 5Ghz wifi
2.Camera supports sd card, but the sd card is not included. If you need sd card as well, please contact with us.
3.The recording time is depended on the resolution and the storage of the sd card. You can refer to the below data:
16GB: 2-4 days; 32GB:4-8 days; 64GB:8-12 days.
4.This camera is fixed 3.6mm lens, it is not optical zoom, it is just 4X digital zoom.

We use a foam to cover the camera, and then put the camera and another accessories to the retail box. If just one piece, we will use the another foam and plastic to pack the camera. If it is a bundle of camera, we will put the camera into another carton box to pack the camera safely.
Shipping:
If it is a sample order or trial order, we can send your order the day after you make the payment. If it is a big order or customize order, we need 5 to 7 works day as lead time.
