Production process
The composite wall cladding are made of 30% plastic (HDPE) and 60% wood fiber plus 10% additives. By specific fomula we make high density composite wood material with better strength, hardness and water absorption properties.The production process is basically mixing raw materials- pelleting process- extrusion- surface treatment- cutting- packing.
