SELF LOADING CONCRETE MIXER TRUCK CMT4000R Self Loading Concrete Mixer is a kind of multifunctional machinery which combines the transit mixer, concrete mixer and wheel loader together. It can automatically load, measure, mix and discharge concrete mixture. Equipped with powerful YUCHAI,85 kW Diesel engine and 4 wheel drive plus 2 wheel steering , the self loading concrete mixer is just like a truck and the operator can drive it to where it needs to go. It is very convenient for loading material, such as cement, aggregate, stone. The mixing unit is slewing hydraulically through 290° for high discharge over
2 m on the four sides of the vehicle.
The the Geometric Volume of Mixing Drum is 6.1 m³. Concrete output is 4 m³ per Batch.The wide cabin windscreen and the specially designed loading arms dramatically improve visibility during casting operations. MIXING DRUM COULD SLEWHYDRAULICALLY UP TO 290°
The mixing Drum could slew hydraulically up to 290° for high discharge over 2 m on the four sides of the vehicle. The Bottom
Hydraulic Lifting Mechanism could make material discharging more smooth and thorough. One set of 1.2 m chute is standard
equipment. The extra prolonged chute is availabe upon request.

CENTRALIZED LUBRICATING SYSTEM
The centralized lubricating system get rid of the shortcoming of manual grease adding operation, and it could deliver lubricating
grease to those luricating points in fixed time and fixed quantity, which could ensure the friction points run durably and prolong
the service time of machine.
The Mixing Drum is rotated by means of planetary reducer and USA Brand Sunny hydraulic motor in closed circuit.
EXCAVATOR STYLE SPACIOUS DRIVER'S CAB
Our driver's cab is much more spacious than other's. It is a kind of crawler excavator style cab. The anatomic seat is with function of flexible suspension and height adjustment .The electronic weighing system is available here. The Load cells are acting on the drum and technical data are displayed on the shovel loader weigher inside the cab.Two sets of joystick control system are situated on the two sides of driver's seat. The panoramic color monitor is near the steeri ng wheel. The operation situation from the four sides of machine could be shown clearly on the Color Monitor, which increase the driving safety . Fire Extinguisher ,Safety Hammer and Air Conditionerare also equipped inside the cab.
