Buring Comparison Test

 

We make the test of GFI PIR Foam Insulation Board fireproof composite board under the direct combustion of the 1300℃ flametorch for each period of time. During the entire experiment, the GFI PIR Foam Insulation Board did not buring through and did not drip water. Prevent flame spread and heat conduction, no burning phenomenon.

       Superior wind load resistance, after more than 6 months of weather resistance test, the performance is stable, can be the same life as the building.

 

Dimensional Stability:

        The compressive strength reaches more than 200KP, and the plate has good temperature resistance and no deformation.

 

Environmental Protection and Energy Saving:

        Fluorine-free foaming, no harmful substances prohibited or restricted by the state,. It is environmental friendly, can make a serving of over 20% on oprating cost over a 30 years life.

 

 

 

 

20mm PIR Foam Insulation Board is packed by plastic film or carton, 10 sheets per package. The quantity of one container can be loaded depends on the size and thickness that customer required.
